Abstract
When this statement was made the creator of Sherlock Holmes could very well have been referring to tuberculoma brain vis-a-vis other intracranial space occupying lesions – especially in developing countries. In spite of several years experience with tuberculoma brain, one thing is clear, that this entity is truly ubiquitious not only in clinical presentation but also in CT morphology. International travel being what it is today and considering the percentage of migrant population in developed countries it requires the practicing clinician to be familiar with tuberculoma brain, irrespective of-the location of the practice. This article is a followup of an earlier comprehensive article: ‘ Tuberculoma Brain -A Review ’ 1. The literature on the subject in the last five years is reviewed and the present concepts outlined.
